I'm back from my animation course! And what a course!
Phhwooarrr, it was the most awesome thing I think I ever attended, and I don't think I've worked my butt off so hard in my life (well, apart from my NCO days).
It's really inspired me now, and I'm doing everything I can to bring in money to buy my own lightbox to carry on animating at home... next stop, CGI!!! (I wish!)
So yup.
I made an animation about Zak (you may remember him from other such DA entries as Here Be Vampires), however, a far cry from vampires, his pest in this animated short is a magpie with a liking for shiny things! I WOULD put in on here, but I don't know for the life of me how to put it on :/
I also bring back a renewed obsession of Batman films/the Joker generally. I blew £15 in the local HMV on Batman Begins, a Joker poster and 10 things I hate about you, simply as it has Heath Ledger (heart) in it.
So I'm not obsessed, am I?
In recognition of my loopy phase, I'm starting up a competition. Draw any scene/character from any Batman film/spin off etc.

1st Prise (RARE) - A *digitally coloured* request of your choice
2nd Prise - A traditionally coloured request of your choice (choose from markers and water colour pencils )
3rd Prise - Simple ink drawing, of your choice, naturally.

You have until the end of August.
